About Us

Thank you for your interest in our school. On the 26th September 2016, the School started with 3 students, and today we have successfully grown and are still growing our Nest family to an enviable number of Students and Faculty.

At The Nest Montessori Preschool, we offer a traditional Montessori program for children from Infant to 6 years old only, with a curriculum that adopts the British and Nigerian blend. We are a private school situated in a conducive and stimulating learning environment in the City of Ibadan where we offer a wholistic and rewarding Montessori education to our students.

Our goal is to provide each child with an individual, developmentally appropriate education program within the framework of a full Montessori curriculum and philosophy.

To enhance learning we engage the use of didactic materials in our prepared environment where we dedicate our time to helping the child attain independence, self-discipline, self-motivation, love of learning, care of self and others, and an appreciation of the environment.

In our enrollment process, we do not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, sex, or physical disability. The school does not discriminate on the basis of the above mentioned in the administration of its educational policies, athletic, and other school administered programs.
