Director's Welcome Message
Hello!Thank you for your interest in our beautiful school where each child is accepted and appreciated for his/her uniqueness. At The Nest, each child enjoys the required attention and care to make them feel loved and thrive individually and collecitvely. We are committed to build a warm and nurturing environment in which our children can develop their physical, cognitive and psychosocial skills.
I am a trained & certified Montessorian and I am currently completing a Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy for Birth to 7 (Early years Educator) L4 at The Montessori Centre International (MCI), United Kingdom. My undergraduate and MS degrees are both in Law, and I am currently acquiring an online certificate from Harvard University, USA on Child Protection: Children's Rights in Theory and Practice. As an individual, a Mother, a Lawyer & an Educator the protection of the Child is very important to me.
Our School was established in 2016, and with the help of my professional and dedicated team, I have performed my function as the Director since 2016 to date. My hobbies are writing and traveling, and I have a passion for personal self development and the development of others. I am a Christian. I am married to an amazing husband who is an Architect. He supports us at The School and is very instrumental in ensuring that our School buildings conform to the required health and safety standards. Our marriage is blessed with three equally amazing boys who are all doing well in their chosen careers.
